Salary / Bonus System

  • Every year, we regularly review market-related industry salary levels and economic trends to determine the extent of annual salary increases, and adjust employee salaries based on individual job competencies and personal potential. We provide salaries that are in line with market standards and build a diversified talent training system.   • Following the operational strategy and combining goals with departmental and personal goals, in addition to the achievement rate of operating profit indicators, environmental, safety and health management goals are set every year. Through the occupational safety management system, we continue to supervise and manage our occupational safety quality and implement corporate social responsibilities. Performance bonuses connect annual organizational performance and employee performance. Individual bonus weights are calculated based on performance appraisal results and then distributed. Pension Reserve Funds

  • According to law, RAYZHER INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD. sets aside Withdraw new system pension reserves for every regular employee. on the part of the new system (Labor Pension Act), we withhold 6% of every employee’s monthly salary to his/ her dedicated pension account according to the salary scale. Employees may also choose to withhold up to 6% of their monthly salaries to their dedicated pension accounts according to the salary scale to protect their rights and interests.
